Warranty Conditions Electrolux
Guarantee for home appliances is provided only consumer purchaser (hereinafter
"Purchaser") and only to products commonly used in the home.
Seller grants to Buyer a consumer warranty of twenty-four months, from receipt of product
sold to Buyer (unless it is a case under § 621, second sentence, of the Civil Code. Code.).
The buyer is under warranty right to free, fair and timely removal of defects, or - if this is not
due to the nature (ie. Cause i speech) defects disproportionate - the right to replace the
defective part of the product. If such a procedure is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to
request a reasonable discount on the price of the product. The right to exchange the
product or to withdraw from the purchase contract can be exercised only upon fulfillment of
all legal requirements, and then only if the product was not excessive wear or damage.
A precondition for the application of each voucher law here is that: (a) the product was
installed and put into operation i always operated in accordance with the instructions, and
(b) Buyer proves the existence of guarantees and the legitimacy and reasonableness of the
claimed guarantee. The condition for exercising the right of contractual guarantees provided
by the vendor is also that: (A) any warranty or other repair or modify the product was always
performed by an authorized service center or appropriate vendor and (B) Buyer Complaint

service center or retailer where the product was bought.
Customers must always allow for the verification of the existence of the defect, including

product.
Any warranty right must be exercised in the relevant Authorised Service Centre,

the complaint and the kind of product defects decide on the method of its solution. The
buyer must provide Authorized Service Center, respectively. vendors all the assistance
necessary to demonstrate the existence of the guarantee legitimacy and justification of
claimed rights from liability for defects, to verify the existence of the claimed defect as well
as product warranty repair.
Running the warranty period - subject to the conditions set out in the previous sentence -
suspended for a period of proper and timely application of the law to eliminate the defect

sellers all potential costs to them in connection therewith.
The warranty does not apply to: (a) wear or damage to the product (including damage
caused by disturbances in the power network, use of improper filling or improper working
conditions etc.), (B) any lack of quality or utility of the property that is not a defect of the
product, (c) product is used beyond normal household use (eg. for business, competitive or
other similar purposes etc.).
By providing guarantees of Guarantee Certificate shall not affect the rights of the Buyer,
which bind to buy a product.
This warranty applies only to products that have been supplied by vendors ELECTROLUX,
Ltd., and is only valid on the territory of the Macedonia.
Seller shall pass to the Buyer when the product is sold and the Buyer's request him anytime
thereafter provide a current list of authorized service centers in the Macedonia , including
their phone numbers.
